The Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership is where startup founders grow faster than their companies. Through an apprenticeship-based program, our curriculum blends practical business training with critical personal development. Junto focuses on the founders and leaders of fast-growth startups with 5-50 employees, at least two full-time founders...who admit that "what got us here won't get us there."
