How would you describe your areas of expertise based on industry, market, and/or function?

I focus on creating investor and company value.  This stretches from helping companies create attractive strategies, hiring the right teams, and finding the right capital to grow.  Today I focus on early stage investing and strategy but have spent my career in both growth stage and mature businesses across many sectors.

That I care. It’s just not something you’d put on a resume, but I really care.

What is your strength when it comes to emotional intelligence?

My willingness to learn and listen. I’m still working on my own emotional intelligence as a whole, but I’m willing to learn and listen.

That I can have more patience than I thought I could.

What is your most memorable Junto moment?
