I initially joined Junto as a Mentor.
Special Advisor & Forum Facilitator
I initially joined Junto as a Mentor. My invitation came from Raman, with whom I had worked at DePaul where, as a former business owner, I was teaching entrepreneurship courses. I was a big supporter of his success in building DePaul's entrepreneurship center, so I knew he'd be a success in building Junto. As a Mentor, I quickly became a huge fan of the Junto program and was thrilled when Raman and Catherine asked me to leave my job at a private equity firm and join the JuntoTeam.
Prior to private equity, I built a logistics business into a full-service global supply chain management organization with offices in Australia, Hong Kong, China, the UK and the US. I eventually sold the business to a Hong Kong based company financially supported by GeoPost (the French Post Office) and was then able to pursue more regularly my passion for business education (I have been teaching since 2000).
As part of the JuntoTeam, I recruit new Apprentice companies, Mentors and Instructors and thrive on the challenges of our own entrepreneurial venture by wearing many hats and doing anything asked by Raman, Catherine, and members of the JuntoTribe.
