Managing Director, Los Angeles

When I look at my own entrepreneurial experience, and those of many around me, I see a lot of good people with great ideas suffering because of the challenges inherent in growing a business. It's one thing to lead a team of 4 when you're all sitting around a table, but leadership and communication require an entirely different skillset with a team of 10, 20, or 50 scattered around the world. Junto is the only program that teaches these skills to growth-stage teams which is why I was immediately drawn to it.

I have been fortunate enough to have founded several companies, both for-profit and non-profit. Most recently, I founded ScaleLA, a non-profit designed to build collaborative opportunities between tech, community, and government leaders to tackle systemic issues in the Los Angeles area.

At Junto, my role is as Managing Director of JuntoLA. In this capacity, I'm in charge of leading the LA team and building the local Junto community through our apprentices, mentors, and partners.
