We may be alone and feel alone, but we’re going through this together and will get through it together. Here is what we’re doing at Junto to help make that happen. All of our sessions will be remote for the foreseeable future: Classes, Roundtables, Mentor Meetings, and Forums. We’ll adopt a few more protocols to optimize these conversations. We’re holding remote peer roundtables every day for founders and execs of Junto companies (please see your email) so they can share daily leadership challenges and questions. We’re postponing the “Building a Revenue Engine” Master Class until this fall. We’re postponing JuntoNight, scheduled for May 5, due to the CDC’s recommendation for in-person events over 50 people. We’re encouraging use of the Emotion Wheel to share how we’re feeling with family, friends, and co-workers. Our experience is that some people are uncomfortable doing this, so we encourage voluntary participation. Finally, we want you to know that the Junto community is here for everyone who is a part of it. Should you want any support, someone to speak with, suggestions on working remotely, etc., please reach out.
