We’ve broken 280 members in the JuntoTribe, on our way to one million! And while I’m unable to express personal appreciations for the hundreds of incredible acts of humanity that built up over the course of the year, here are a handful. And you know who you are.

  • I appreciate those of you who showed up. Thank you for using your most valuable currency with us.

  • I appreciate those of you who said “yes.” The leaps you took, the growth you pursued, the uncomfortable territory you explored. You’re the better for it, and so is the world around you.

  • I appreciate those of you who gave me feedback. It was a gift, and one that made Junto and me a little bit better every day.

  • I appreciate those of you who put in the work. You already had so much to do, you had so much you could do, and you chose to do this. Thank you.

  • I appreciate those of you who read or listened. As if you weren’t already spending enough time, you chose to spend even more.

  • I appreciate those of you who asked, “How are you doing?” by looking me in the eyes and genuinely wanting to know.

  • I appreciate those of you who spread the love…those who talked about the growth, who corrected the way to give a hug, and who shared the wheel.

  • I appreciate those of you who grew. It doesn’t matter where you were yesterday, what matters is where you are today, and where you can be tomorrow. Keep going, keep growing.

  • I appreciate those of you who asked, “How can I help?” Every time I hear it, it’s an honor to the work we do and to the character within you.

  • I appreciate those of you who gave your business. Without you, we wouldn’t have a reason to wake up every morning and attempt to create remarkable experiences.

  • I appreciate those of you who gave your time. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to build the virtuous cycle of people growing together. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, your experiences, and your superpowers.

I appreciate each and every one of you. Happy holidays.
