COO & Operations Leaders Mentoring Circle

If you’re a COO or operations leader, this session is for you. You’ll learn from a seasoned executive how to get better at your job, and learn from the challenges your peers are facing.

Mentoring Circles are small group sessions at which you submit a question in advance, which is then addressed by the Mentor using shared experiences, clarifying questions, and empathetic guidance. Each attendee gets a similar amount of time, so you also will hear your peers’ challenges and the Mentor’s responses, gaining even more from the session.

This session is open exclusively to COOs and other operations leaders (only 4 seats are available). Upon registering, please submit one question or challenge you are facing in your role at the present time.

Josh Chapman is a seasoned executive and longtime Junto Mentor, with more than 25 years experience focused on achieving results and transforming organizations both large and small. He’s currently COO at LandscapeHub, a startup that is the wholesale order management tool for landscape professionals to find what they need and get it fast. Prior to this, he held C-level and executive positions in operations at MATTER, GiveForward, Cars.com, and Xerox.
