If you’re responsible for helping manage or influence your company’s culture, this mentoring opportunity is for you.
Junto Mentoring Circles are small group sessions at which you submit a question in advance, which is then addressed by the Mentor using clarifying questions, shared experiences, and empathetic guidance. Each attendee gets a similar amount of time, so you also will hear your peers’ challenges and the mentor’s responses, gaining even more from the session.
This 1.5 hour session is open *only* to leaders and managers who have culture as part of their responsibility, and only 5 seats are available. In order for the mentor to prepare in advance, when you register you are asked to submit one question or challenge you’re currently facing (please note this is required).
Gaye van den Hombergh is a longtime Junto mentor and instructor who is currently a Senior Partner with Partners in Leadership. After serving in two President/CEO roles, leading businesses and teams to record results and learning from both successes and failures, she knows first hand that leadership, culture, and business results are inextricably linked. She is also a private company board director, and advisory board member at Hope College’s Center for Leadership.
