WHY THIS TOPIC:

After a two-year experiment with remote working, many companies are re-opening physical offices. Employees are ambivalent, but not just for health & safety reasons. Parents, introverts, people of color, and those new to the workforce – all have a different lens on returning to the office. How can we be different – and better – than the “before” time? How do you begin to re-build office culture in a way that includes everyone?

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

– The deeper implications of returning to the office
– What needs to change to create an inclusive office and in-person employee experience that engages employees
– How to be included while still working remote/hybrid

YOU MIGHT ENJOY THIS IF YOU ARE:

– Someone who wants to learn more about how you can contribute to an inclusive atmosphere in the office and remotely
– A leader or People/HR manager who wants to maintain and build an inclusive culture
