After a two-year experiment with remote working, many companies are re-opening physical offices. Employees are ambivalent, but not just for health & safety reasons. Parents, introverts, people of color, and those new to the workforce – all have a different lens on returning to the office. How can we be different – and better – than the “before” time? How do you begin to re-build office culture in a way that includes everyone?

Jenn Yee is passionate about building teams, programs and products that help to close a widening education and opportunity gap, and that help organizations to grow and scale sustainably. She most recently served as Senior Director, Learning & Organizational Development at HelloFresh, and led the team responsible for learning & development, employee engagement & experience, internal communications, and organizational development. Prior to HelloFresh, she was the first Assistant Director, Internships & Experiential Learning at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, supporting an initiative to provide more tangible work experience to undergraduate business students. She was also the Founding Director of Startup Institute Chicago.
