Erica Bauer is the Director of Community Relations for the Chicago Bulls, and Founder of Girl Power Songs. Prior to the Bulls, she was Director of Student Engagement at Walter Payton College Prep, one of the top high schools in the U.S., where her work focused on using data to uplift student voice for the purpose of creating equitable educational systems.
