Alex Nsiah-Kumi Jr. Megan Mitchell

Alex Nsiah-Kumi, Jr. and Megan Mitchell are co-owners of Paramount Personal Training in Chicago, and Certified Personal Trainers through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Alex is a former college athlete and focuses on functional fitness for older adults, plyometrics, marathon nutrition, and pre-exercise flexibility. Megan is also a former athlete, and focuses on indoor rowing, pre- and post-natal corrective exercise, and nutrition.
