If you’re a Leader or a Manager, this mentoring opportunity is for you.
Junto Mentoring Circles are small group sessions at which you submit a question in advance, which is then addressed by the Mentor using clarifying questions, shared experiences, and empathetic guidance. Each attendee gets a similar amount of time, so you also will hear your peers’ challenges and the mentor’s responses, gaining even more from the session.
This session is open exclusively to Management and Leaders, and only 4 seats are available. In order for the mentor to prepare in advance, when you register you’ll be asked to submit one question or challenge you’re currently facing.
