Toby has 20+ years of experience inventing, building, and launching products at high growth B2B and B2C software companies, where she’s helped drive 3x-5x growth through new product introduction or existing product re-positioning.
Her specialty is in using technology to drive efficiency, client satisfaction, and growth. She has led product at numerous software companies and also founded a software company that quickly became the fastest growing solution, creating a new, more efficient way to perform a highly repetitive but skilled process leading to disruption of both processes and business models and eventually a sale.
Throughout her career, Toby has worked with many founders (including herself) of many different ilks and had many a sleepless night trying to figure out how to move things forward without creating chaos. Most recently she is leading product and technology at Topstep where the founder is actively involved in every aspect of the business.
