WHY THIS TOPIC:

In real life, conflict and difficult situations are hard for anyone; in the remote workplace, they seem to be even harder. We all experience higher cortisol levels, increased heart rate and, when it’s finally at a conscious level, varying degrees of anxiety and distress. In this session, you’ll hear shared experiences, proven practices, and challenges with managing conflict and difficult situations.
