Peer Roundtable: Managing & Coaching People

WHY THIS TOPIC:

It’s hard enough to be effective at managing and coaching others, whether they’re our direct reports or co-workers. Remote work makes it even harder because we don’t know how present others are, we can get easily distracted, and reading other people is more challenging.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

• shared experiences from peers of how they are addressing this challenge
• specific questions others have which you may be able to help with
• tips, tools, hacks, and resources to make managing and coaching a bit easier
• finding greater harmony between language and behavior to guide people towards our common goals
