In this session, I will share my experiences as a founder, manager, and leader – in a traditional media company as well as my serial entrepreneurial early stage firm – from leveraging entrenched HR colleagues and departments, large and small recruiters, to the expanding HR and talent management SaaS tools now essential for recruiting talent.

Bill Furlong is a digital media and data-inspired startup veteran with equal parts traditional big media company, and early stage digital startup experience. He was part of the founding team at Bizo, where he served in a variety of senior executive roles, and which was acquired by LinkedIn in 2015. As a seasoned founder of several successful companies as well as a key executive of others, Bill is especially skilled in building a business, recruiting talent, and nurturing client relationships.
