WHY THIS TOPIC:

You can feel the onset of it. You look at your to-do list or your calendar, and you feel a sense of dread. You’re tired, maybe a bit cranky, or anxious. In other words, you have hit your max.

Burnout

You know the signs, you can feel as it happens, but more importantly, do you have strategies to avoid it? The good news is you are not alone. Join your fellow women to hear about how they avoid burnout but using the power of no, creativity, self-care and many more strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

– How to determine your limits/maximum effort before feeling burned out
– Ways to avoid getting to the level of burnout (and without guilt)
– Other strategies to help improve your health and well-being that can minimize burnout
