We’re no longer in control. We’re in “whatever it takes” mode – personally and professionally – to survive, assist, hope, and progress. Our job descriptions don’t matter and our self-selected priorities don’t matter. All that matters is what’s in front of us. In many cases, that means taking care of business. In all cases, that means taking care of people. We’re like water that is flowing based on its circumstances: volume, gravity, angles, and ever-shifting boundaries. And, like water, we’ll keep flowing despite the obstacles.
