Traction. I think it’s a great book for any entrepreneur at any stage.


What is something that's not on your LinkedIn profile that you wish was?

How hard I work, and the amount of sacrifice that it takes to get to where you are now. You wouldn’t put, “I work nights and weekends and eat this or that”, on your profile.

How would you describe your areas of expertise based on industry, market, and/or function?

My areas of expertise are in entrepreneurship, finance, and trading markets.

What have you learned about yourself through participating in Junto?

I’ve learned to let go, trust more, let others lead, the power of emotional intelligence, and more patience.

What is your superpower?

My instincts, I have really good instincts. I’m good at understanding people.

What are you working on right now?

I’ve been working on a free stock market game called BLUECHXP for a couple of years.

What is your strength when it comes to emotional intelligence?

Relationship management. I’m not the best at controlling my own emotions, but I tend to handle and do well with managing my relationships with others.

What is your most memorable Junto moment?

The first day of the CEO Forum, the lifeline, that was the most impactful.
