How our executive coaching works

It’s a three-step journey.

  • Step 1 is entry which involves an interview, assessments, and priority identification.
  • Step 2 is engagement which involves the coaching sessions, homework, accountability, and reminders.
  • Step 3 is exit which involves an interview, assessments, and action planning.

You have two options.

  • The first is executive coaching only, with 1-hour calls every 2 weeks.
  • The second is 1-hour executive coaching calls every month plus a 1.5 hour private class every month, drawn from our proprietary curriculum.
