How team training works

It’s science and reality.

  • Your team begins the structured program by learning how their brains and bodies affect their thinking and behavior.
  • Then they learn dozens of emotional intelligence skills for the workplace, and how to lead themselves and others with our simple Building Blocks framework.
  • All along, they practice emotionally intelligent behaviors through a blend of in-session exercises, real-life homework, and accountability.

You have three options.

  • The first is fully remote with live, interactive sessions.
  • The second is hybrid with opening and closing sessions in-person.
  • The third is entirely in-person.
  • There are a total of 13 sessions which can be completed in 9-12 months.
  • The time between sessions is intentionally designed to practice new skills and behaviors both at work and home.
