The pandemic has put unprecedented pressure on many of us. As leaders, how do we acknowledge and express our feelings responsibly? As individuals, do we feel in control of our lives? Do we have choice?
Sometimes, how we choose to react is all that we have control over. Are we choosing our reactions and managing them, or are we unconsciously reacting the same way, over and over again, and feeling victimized by life?
