PREREQUISITES: Sessions 1 – 11

At a fundamental level, culture is defined by language and behavior: what people say and do. If that’s the case, your recent learning about emotional intelligence has set the stage to build new language and behaviors into the culture of your team and/or organization.

In this session, you’ll learn how to do this in an additive way that’s aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values so that its identity and essence remain intact. You’ll discover how you can introduce emotionally intelligent standards and norms for desired language and behavior. And you’ll explore different approaches you can take to not only inspire and influence your team to adopt emotional intelligence practices but to scale those practices with their participation.

This is session #12 of 12 total in the “Emotionally Intelligent Leadership” program.
