PREREQUISITE: Your Brain + Emotional Intelligence (Session 1 of 12)

Science has determined that a single “moment” is 2-3 seconds long and, as humans, we’re capable of experiencing multiple emotions in each moment. So imagine how many emotions you actually experience every single day, and the impact they have on what you think, say, and do…mostly subconsciously.

In this session, you’ll learn from the latest neuroscience research how your emotions guide your thought processes, how your motivation is influenced by wanting vs. liking, the impact emotions have on your will (power), which emotions you are most likely to feel, and how likely you are to react to certain emotional situations.

This is session #2 of 12 total in the “Emotionally Intelligent Leadership” learning path.
