PREREQUISITE: Sessions 1 – 9

The most complex skill set of emotionally intelligent leadership is relationship management: applying the work you do in the other three levels to your daily interactions with others. When you do this with thoughtful intention, the outcome is stronger, healthier relationships that not only benefit both parties but also everyone else who’s connected.

In this session, you’ll learn the final two building blocks of emotionally intelligent leadership, and arguably the most difficult. First, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of influence: why it’s a powerful yet underappreciated workplace skill, how to use it in an emotionally intelligent way, and why it is the purest manifestation of leadership in action. Second, you will learn about inspiration: why it’s the “pinnacle” of emotionally intelligent leadership, how you can move people in the workplace by leveraging your natural talents, and why you already have the capacity to use it.

This is session #10 of 12 total in the “Emotionally Intelligent Leadership” program.
