It’s always been hard to be an effective manager or leader. But remote work has made it even harder to give and get feedback, be coached, influence and inspire others, foster teamwork, and manage conflict.

This forum, exclusively for managers and leaders like you, creates a safe space to address such daily challenges.

When signing up, you’ll be asked to share one specific question or issue you’re facing. At the session, you’ll hear shared experiences from a Junto mentor and your peers to not only help with the issue but also to demonstrate that you are not alone.
