PREREQUISITES: Sessions 1 – 5

The key to becoming an emotionally intelligent leader is self-management: taking control and responsibility of your thinking, language, and behavior. Once you start building your self-awareness in a thoughtful way, you gain the power to exercise this control in an equally intentional manner.

In this session, you’ll learn the remaining two building blocks of self-management. First, you’ll gain a better appreciation of how your adaptability leads to resilience, and the ability to cope with ambiguity, uncertainty, and even chaos. Second, you’ll learn how to live and show up with integrity, by bringing your personal clarity to daily decision-making, practicing what you preach, and inspiring those in your personal and professional orbits.

This is session #6 of 12 total in the “Emotionally Intelligent Leadership” program.
