Junto Mentoring Circles are small group sessions at which you submit a question in advance, which is then addressed by the Mentor using shared experiences, clarifying questions, and empathetic guidance. Each attendee gets a similar amount of time, so you also will hear your peers’ challenges and the Mentor’s responses, gaining even more from the session.
