PREREQUISITE: Sessions 1 – 8
The most complex skill set of emotionally intelligent leadership is relationship management: applying the work you do in the other three levels to your daily interactions with others. When you do this with thoughtful intention, the outcome is stronger, healthier relationships that not only benefit both parties but also everyone else who’s connected.
In this session, you’ll learn the first two building blocks of relationship management. You’ll become aware of how your self-mastery and social awareness can lead to greater collaboration and teamwork among people you work closely with. You’ll also discover proven strategies to build harmony in relationships by addressing conflict in a thoughtful manner, whether you are in the conflict or are mediating it for others.
This is session #9 of 12 total in the “Emotionally Intelligent Leadership” program.
